Job Description

  • The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training, directing, and motivating employees.
  • The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
  • The candidate must respond to employee inquiries and complaints.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coaching.
  • The candidate will be responsible for evaluating work environments, programs, and procedures for controlling, eliminating, and preventing disease and injury.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts and other papers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring safety conditions.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising more than 20 people and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • The candidate must be a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and have a First Aid Certificate.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be familiar with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Human resources software.
