Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the HR department’s activities to ensure that they meet with the organization’s goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies and programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resource policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for researching and preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- The candidate will be responsible for administering benefits, employment equity, and other human resource programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating employee performance and appraisal programs.
- The candidate will be expected to research employee benefits and health and safety practices and make recommendations for changes.
- The candidate must advise senior management.
- The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.

Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and the internet.
