Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to respond to enquiries and concerns from employees.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation of reports.
  • The candidate will be in charge of supervising the classification and rating of occupations.
  • The candidate will be in charge of managing contracts.
  • The candidate will be in charge of assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programmes.
  • The candidate will be in charge of overseeing payroll administration.
  • The candidate will be in charge of communicating with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • The candidate will be in charge of advising senior management.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidate will be required to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidate will be in charge of organising and maintaining personnel records.
  • The candidate will be in charge of updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • The candidate will be in charge of assisting the payroll department by providing pertinent employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • The candidate will be in charge of arranging travel accommodations and processing expense reports.
  • The candidate will be in charge of creating training and onboarding materials.
  • The candidate will be in charge of scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates as needed.
  • The candidate will be in charge of posting and removing job advertisements.
  • The candidate will be in charge of communicating with recruiters and other third-party parties.
  • The candidate will be in charge of updating company policies as well as ensuring legal compliance.
  • The candidate will be in charge of serving as the first point of contact for all personnel inquiries.
  • The candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews and communicating with potential employees on a timely basis.
  • The candidate will be in charge of administering the performance management programme.
  • The candidate will be in charge of advising leadership on hiring and firing decisions.
  • The candidate will be expected to give advice to employees on how to behave and how to resolve conflicts.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to HR executives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and storing paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must maintain a schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist in the organisation and management of new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programmes.
  • The candidate will be expected to train, direct, and motivate employees.
  • The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  • The candidate must document and track human resource actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English or French language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
  • The candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • The candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
