Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to work with appropriate stakeholders to proactively identify and evaluate their business requirements and identify impacts associated with business decisions.
- They’re also appointed to facilitate process review and improvement initiatives.
- Candidates for this post are appointed to manage timelines and coordinate solutions with other members of the HR Data Team.
- Candidates are also appointed to ensure business resolutions and impacts are communicated to impacted stakeholders ensuring a smooth and successful transition of changes
- They’re also appointed to solicit and consolidate input from relevant stakeholders within the HR department and other areas of the business.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a relevant University degree or technical certification, or relevant experience commensurate to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain 3-5 years of HR business-facing experience preferably in a large organization.
- They must attain product management experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain project management experience excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, the management team, internal clients and 3rd party providers.
- They must have exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain proficiency with Oracle HRIS application and knowledge of multiple functionalities.
- Candidates must ensure the capability to apply attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities.

- They must attain the ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions to be eligible for this post.
