Job description

  • Candidates will contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.
  • They willย  work collaboratively with client groups and with HR counterparts in exploring needs, clarifying expectations and commitments, gathering information and recommending changes.
  • They will Assist in the appropriate implementation and communication plan on organization redesign.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have a post-secondary degree in related discipline, HR or Business Equivalent.
  • They should possess a 5 to 10 years HR Strategist role.
  • They must have experience and ability to work with Senior Leadership levels in the organization.
  • They must have Centre of excellence (COE) experience or exposure to COE models is an asset.
  • They must have experience working within a business unit as a desired asset.
