Job description
- Candidates ensure all staff are trained in their respective job functions, including GMP.
- They will write and revise Standard Operating Procedures as required.
- They have to conduct regular inspections of the facility and recordkeeping, including summarization and reporting of findings.
- They coordinate or assist with corrective actions and preventive measures.
- They will communicate with clients and provide information during external audits
- They will Liaise with Health Canada officials during regulatory audits.
Job requirement
- Candidates must provide feedback and assistance to Customer/Client QA related questions and concerns.
- They must monitor the processes and systems within the Department to ensure regulatory compliance and effective operation.
- They should have the ability to Investigate discrepancies and problems, and advise the appropriate individuals of the findings.
- They must assist in development of proactive strategies as a preemptive measure against potential future problems with systems or processes.
- They should complete NCR reports and change control requests and provide necessary follow-up.
- They have to perform maintenance, support, and continuous improvements of Quality Systems.
Work setting
- Candidates must have pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industry experience.
- They must have Quality Assurance experience.
- They must have a bachelor’s Degree in a Science related field.
- They work from 09.00 to 17.30 M-F.
- Candidates will get preference with QPIC/AQPIC designation.
