Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
- The candidate must conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
- The candidate will be responsible for determining the products and services to sell.
- The candidate must implement price and credits policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for locating, selecting, and purchasing merchandise for resale.
- The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
- The candidate must plan budgets and keep track of revenues and expenses.
- The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
- The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising office and volunteer staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Job Requirements

- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
