Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing objectives for the organization as well as formulating or approving policies and programs.
  • The candidate must represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
