Job Description 

  • Applicants working at this post are required to work with the management team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom working at this post.
  • Candidates are also appointed for scheduling and leverage WorkForce Management to maximize labour productivity at this post.
  •  Candidates are also appointed to conduct probationary reviews for new hires and annual staff performance reviews.
  • Applicants for this post are required to manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and follow-up working at this post.
  • Candidates are required to maintain engagement and lead and motivate staff through leading by our Core Values working at this post.
  • They’re also required at this post to ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business working at this post.

Job requirement
