Job description
- Candidates will maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience.
- They will positively impact store profitability.
- Candidates work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
- They will ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
- They Manage labor scheduling and leverage WorkForce Management (WFM).
- They Maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines and conduct probationary reviews for new hires.
- They will Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and follow-up.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have ability in planning, Judgement and Decision Making and Planning and preparation for Inventory Management.
- They must have efficient time management skills.
- They must have effective organization and planning skills.
- They must have 5 years experience in Previous retail management and experience in working effectively with the management team.
- They must have a strong relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.
