Job description

  • Candidates will maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience.
  • They will positively impact store profitability.
  • Candidates work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
  • They will ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
  • They Manage labor scheduling and leverage WorkForce Management (WFM).
  • They Maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines and conduct probationary reviews for new hires. 
  • They will Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and follow-up. 

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have ability in planning, Judgement and Decision Making and Planning and preparation for Inventory Management. 
  • They must have efficient time management skills.
  • They must have effective organization and planning skills.
  • They must have 5 years experience in Previous retail management and experience in working effectively with the management team.
  • They must have a strong relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.

  • They must have experience in supporting corporate programs.
  • They must have experience in strong business and financial acumen.
  • They must have superior interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
