Job description
- Candidates must create and maintain relationships with suppliers for service providers in the designated programme area.
- They must be able to oversee, mentor, and motivate individual contributors directly.
- They will examine customer feedback, audit data, workgroup input, regulator input, and quality metrics.
- They oversee the investigation and resolution of regulatory, food safety, and/or service provider incidents from regulators, retailers, and internal and external clients.

- They will manage programme execution in the US and CAN.
