Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to keep track of all deposits, loans, and mortgage payments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for processing claims transactions.
  • The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide information to clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collecting premium payments.
  • The candidate must sort, verify, and process financial transactions.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep financial information and securities listings up to date.
  • The candidate will be responsible for verifying and balancing transactions.
  • The candidate must calculate service charges and interest payments.
  • The candidate will be required to notify customers of any discrepancies in their accounts.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Windows, and Quick Books.
