Job Description

• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate will be responsible for cutting agricultural crops.
• The candidate will be responsible for fertilizing and spraying crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
• The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work site environment

• Farm operations include hay and other grain farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in a farm.

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience using farm trucks, tractors, combine harvesters, fertilizer applicators, haying equipment, and swather.
