Job Description
- The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing artificial insemination, spraying or shearing livestock, and disinfecting pens, barns, or poultry houses.
- The candidate must cultivate in a vertical farming system.
- The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize their tasks.
- The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing livestock health issues.
- The candidate must follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till methods, adequate water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and the use of cover crops.
- The candidate will be responsible for guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control and production records.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
