Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing soil fertility programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting with developing and implementing farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
- The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
- The candidate will supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- The candidate must ensure that farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control and production records.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
- The candidate must perform general farm duties.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- Farm operations include fruit and vegetable combination farming, as well as other miscellaneous animal farming.
