Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to recruit professional drivers and develop orientation and training plans.
- They’re also appointed at this post to provide continuous coaching and feedback, administer performance management processes and follow progressive discipline procedures.
- Candidates for this post are required to engage in employee retention and satisfaction initiatives, including wellness programs.
- Candidates are also required to manage injury and incident reporting and assist with investigation and resolution to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to promote personal and environmental safety achieve established goals and collaborate with Environment, Health & Safety.
- Candidates for this post are also required to establish budgets, support key performance indicators, and achieve maximum fleet utilization.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have post-secondary education and equivalent operations or distribution experience, with a customer service background to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 2-3 years’ experience in distribution and operations to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 2-3 years of leadership/management experience to be eligible for this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to support external customers by addressing concerns, promptly resolving issues, and maintaining commitments and internal customers by fostering relationships working at this post.
- Candidates must acquire excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- They must acquire dedicated leadership skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Candidates for this post must have analytical skills and quick decision-making ability with attention to accuracy and detail to be eligible for this post.
