Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to ensure care and service delivery meets the changing needs of the resident population and that quality standards are met working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to ensure client safety by following and applying all standard operational procedures, safe work practices working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to manage the operating budget for designated departments and recommend cost effective use of resources working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to lead, mentor and develop direct reports to maximize productivity, job satisfaction, and resident services working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are also required to provide clinical leadership support to the Community Managers and Allied Health team members as applicable.
- Candidates are required to adhere to the Standards of Nursing Practice, Code of Ethics, Registered Nurses Act and Regulations as defined by provincial legislation working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have a prior degree in bachelor of Nursing or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must have current registration with the College of Nurses to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience which includes 2 years’ clinical and 5 years’ administrative experience or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent communication, computer and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
