Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to supervise report preparation.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise data and information analysis.
- The candidate will be expected to manage contracts.
- The candidate will be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of health care services.
- The candidate will be required to consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials.
- The candidate will be expected to coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other personnel.
- The candidate will be responsible for assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programmes.
- The candidate will be required to create evaluation systems to monitor health care services.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- The candidate will be expected to plan and control budgets and expenditures.
- The candidate will be expected to hire, train, direct, and motivate employees.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting and coordinating the facility’s activities in order to ensure medical quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the training, continuing education, and promotion of subordinate staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for liaising with medical and non-medical departments as well as strengthening vendor relationships.
- The candidate will be responsible for updating, amending, and replacing medical policies based on the advice of the medical board.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing any medical unit malfunctions.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that staff and the facility comply with federal and state regulations and codes.
- The candidate must keep their medical knowledge, experience, and licences up to date.
- The candidate will be required to work directly with providers to educate them on our care process and determine what can be done to improve overall care quality.
- The candidate will be expected to form work groups and leadership committees aimed at improving patient care and strengthening relationships with providers.
- The candidate will be expected to manage a variety of activities related to the delivery of medical care and clinical services, including cost management, utilisation review, quality assurance, and the development of medical protocols.
- The candidate will be expected to keep all information about participants, medical staff, and employees confidential.
- The candidate must demonstrate positive interpersonal relations when dealing with coworkers and supervisors.
