- Candidates are appointed to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive a respectful workplace culture in CPS and lead the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Framework.
- They’re also appointed to manage respectful workplace reporting, ensuring appropriate policies, standard operating procedures and best practices are in place.
- Candidates are appointed to engage in change management and identify gaps in the organizational knowledge.
- They’re appointed to build relationships to understand the complexity of working in a first responder policing environment.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain skills like leadership and be able to make strategies and plans to execute the required procedures.
- Candidates must attain equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- They must attain the ability to effectively interact, communicate, influence and collaborate with a variety of partners including senior leaders.
- They must attain dedicated experience working in a unionized environment, public sector, law enforcement and justice-based environment will be considered an asset.
