Job Description

Type of Data Entry

    Alpha-numeric

  • The candidate will be required to transfer data between different programming softwares.
  • The candidate has to verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • The candidate is expected to perform all sorts of routine office functions
  • The candidate needs to receive and register documents for data entry
  • The candidate will be required to enter data as per the specified formats
  • The candidate would be responsible for transferring handwritten data to Excel or Word documents as the case may be.
  • The candidate will be required to store, update and maintain databases.
  • The candidate will be responsible for sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure its safety.
  • The candidate will be requested to retrieve data as per the received request.
  • The candidate should backup and secure the database on a regular basis.
  • The candidate must document, organise, and store relevant office documents.
  • The candidate will be required to have minimum date entry speed of 0-10,000 strokes per hour.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and updating existing data as needed.
  • The candidate would be responsible for gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
  • The candidate would be responsible for correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • The candidate need to creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • The candidate must be able to handle additional duties from time to time.
