Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to conduct customer check-in and prepare and issue boarding passes.
- They’re also appointed to assist pre-boarding customers and provide information on flight schedules and routes.
- Candidates are also required to assist customers requiring special assistance throughout the customer journey, ensuring their timely and safe transport to their designated gates or baggage claims.
- Candidates must have active movement throughout the airport to attend to the assigned work area working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must ensure availability to attend and successfully pass a 5 to 7 weeks full-time paid to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must ensure availability to work in shifts and have previous customer service experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent communication and teamwork skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have proven problem-resolution skills and the ability to effectively multi-task to be eligible for this post.
- They must have the ability to work within strict timelines to maintain on-time departures.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and must be able to obtain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations to be eligible for this post.
Work settings
- Candidates who are fluent in speaking languages like Japanese, Korean, English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Hebrew, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, and Punjabi are preferred for this post.
