Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to educate & provide advice on credit solutions and negotiate tailored payment arrangements for overdue accounts to meet client’s financial obligations. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions and offering solutions based on the client’s financial situation. 
  • Candidates for this post are also appointed to resolve problems at the first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC. 
  • They’re also required at this post to contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests. 

Job requirement 

  • They must attain the ability to work independently in a structured environment, as a Remote Office Employee to be eligible for this post.
