Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to develop the skills of firm understanding and skills like how to prepare and review financial statements.
- Candidates are also appointed to enhance relationships across the broader financial management team.
- Candidates are also appointed to collaborate with external auditors as the key liaison on various financial reporting matters, including annual audits and quarterly reviews.
- They’re also appointed to innovate new procedures to improve the efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of systems used to prepare financial reports.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated professional accounting designation (CPA or CA).
- They must attain dedicated experience with external financial reporting for public companies, preferably in a Sarbanes Oxley environment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidate must attain dedicated experience in a regulated environment to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must attain 6 to 10 years of relevant working experience in preparing financial statements for being eligible for this post.
