Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to devote material, human, and financial resources to the implementation of organisational policies and programmes.
  • The candidate will be expected to set organisational goals and to develop or approve policies and programmes.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, developing and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall human resource planning.
  • The candidate will be expected to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority to them, and create optimal working conditions.
  • The candidate will be required to represent the organisation in negotiations or other official functions, or to delegate representatives to act on its behalf.

  • The candidate must ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • The candidate must create and document business processes and accounting policies in order to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
