Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors’ activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for selecting trade subcontractors.
  • The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
  • The candidate must hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
  • The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, as well as monitor progress.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
  • The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
  • The candidate must develop and implement quality control programs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of data and information.
  • The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
