They develop, recommend and administer program and project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are controlled as well as maintained within approved budget limitations. Job description
- Candidates coordinate and provide management advice, project management and policy development support to Community Development Unit/Community Crisis Response Program-initiated.
- They will investigate and ensure timely, accurate and effective responses and service to internal and external stakeholders as well as including residents, community agencies, Community Resources staff, and City divisions.
- All the candidates have to communicate and interpret relevant policies, programs as well as initiatives to the community.
- They have to update related databases and ensures that records pertaining to community crisis prevention and response activities are accurate.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have considerable experience in community development, community advocacy or engagement, stakeholder management and program development.
- Candidates must have considerable experience in trauma practices and approaches to mobilising community crisis response interventions for communities.
- All the candidates must attain experience in the writing of proposals, briefing notes, project charters, managing budgets as well as partnership agreements.
Work setting
- Candidates must have excellent knowledge of the human service system in the City.
- They must know about well-developed management, administrative and customer service skills.
- They are able to travel to various locations in a timely manner too.
