Job description
- Candidates will administer, control and coordinate all staffing activities related to the offering and confirmation of available positions, position content, promotions, demotions, transfers.
- They will maintain current vacancy and transfer lists, and staff in conjunction with operational requirements and the respective collective agreements.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or equivalent (GED) is required AND
- They must have the completion of post-secondary (College/University) course(s) in a related field may be required.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to create, administer and coordinate the various canvasses and bidding processes required by the collective agreements for each employee group, including conformity of process.
- They must have the ability to maintain an in-depth knowledge of policies, processes and systems as they relate to employee movement, and keep current on relevant changes in collective agreements, corporate policies, directives, etc.
