Job Description

  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding phone or electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases.
  • The candidate will be required to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • The candidate must be able to send and receive messages.
  • The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare invoices and bank deposits.
  • The candidate will be in charge of photocopying and compiling documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • The candidate must file materials in the storage area.
  • The candidate must label, file, and retrieve documents.
