Job Description

- They’re also accountable for acting as the cultural champion in the branch to ensure that all organized celebrations and events are coordinated working at this post.
- People are also required to act as the point of contact for Open House questions and inform associates of guidelines, practices and programs, as well as benefits and payroll working at this post.
- They’re responsible for this post to coordinate key season recruiting planning with the leadership team by monitoring staffing guidelines.
- People who applied for this post are required to communicate all benefits re-enrollment activities and direct associates to the Walmart Benefits Center for answers to questions and support working at this post.
- Candidates are also accountable for ensuring associates who are enrolled in Paperless Pay direct deposit on orientation day working at this post.
