Job Description

The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
The candidate must be able to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
The candidate must build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
The candidate must fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must have completed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training, Working at Heights training, and a Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
