Job description

  • Candidates will be responsible for book air travel for internal and external guests, answer questions and provide general information about travel with WestJet.
  • They will provide pre and post booking support, such as changing and cancelling reservations, using our reservation system.
  • They also have to research effectively and make decisions based on the information you have available to you, while balancing the needs of the guest with the needs of the business.
  • They are also responsible for ad hoc projects as assigned.  

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have a combination of two years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales related environment.
  • All candidates must be fluent in English and French.
  • They also must have demonstrated strong computer skills including a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • They must be able to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English fluently.

Work setting

  • They must have proven track record for punctuality and reliability. 
  • They also have to evolve their training environment. 
  • Candidates have to do shift work and 100% home based, our contact centre operations are 24/7/365 days a year and require you to be available to work early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
  • All candidates must have computer hardware knowledge.
