Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for arranging the bar area to make attractive displays.
- The candidate will be responsible for organizing the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning the bar area and washing glassware.
- The candidate must clean the draft beer system.
- The candidate must advise on wine selection.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising food and beverage servers as well as other staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing recommendations on drink selections.
- The candidate must collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment for beverages.
- The candidate must be able to operate a cash register.
- The candidate must store beverages and food products.
- The candidate will be responsible for ordering bar stock, maintaining inventory, and controlling bar stock.
- The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
- The candidate must prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

- The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
