Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
  • The candidate must conduct market research and trends in order to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
  • The candidate will be responsible for determining the products and services to sell.
  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing pricing and credit policies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for locating, selecting, and purchasing merchandise for resale.
  • The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • The candidate must plan budgets and keep track of revenues and expenses.
  • The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
  • The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
