Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to implement the Store Manager’s People vision for the store and cascade to team members.
- They’re also required to support ongoing learning and development of team members consistently and equitably by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous development check-ins applied for this post.
- People are also accountable for opening and closing the store in accordance with the opening and closing procedures working at this post.
- People applying for this post are also required to understand and adhere to people’s safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Applicants are also appointed to perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have 1 year of people management experience and must have 1 year of leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes, to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 1 year retail or sales specific management experience and must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants are accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget and labor hours working at this post.
- They’re also responsible for a subset of store employees as delegated by the Store Manager working at this post.
