Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to lead, consult with and influence store operators and/or franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are appointed to monitor and ensure accountability for all aspects of store operations working at this post.
They’re required at this post to provide advice, coaching and assistance to store management. - Candidates are required to recruit, hire, develop and retain top talent within the market to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all corporate stores working at this post.
- They’re required at this post to recognize and address performance issues promptly working at this post.
- Applicants for this post are also required to ensure key processes and plans are in place through weekly store visits, store evaluations and data analysis.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have a dedicated bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and requisite industry and management experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have 3 to 5 years of operational management experience to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have 2+ years of successful multi-unit management experience in a retail and QSR environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers and senior management to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have strong analytical, diagnostic, and root-cause identification skills to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
