Job Description 

  • Applicants at this post are appointed to act as point of contact for pilots and Instructors on the course to address questions or concerns working at this post.
  •  Candidates are also appointed to book meeting boardrooms at off-site locations for training courses.
  • Applicants at this post are appointed to coordinate with numerous Flight Training and AQP department staff to fulfil the training commitment working at this post.
  •  Candidates are appointed at this post to assist the manager, AQP, with the completion of any assigned training department projects working at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are also required to update pilot rosters in the Netline scheduling system for pilots attending training courses working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates who have applied for this post must attain dedicated university or college diploma to be eligible for this post.
  •  Applicants at this post must attains the ability to communicate in both written and oral English at an advanced Candidates at this post must attains the ability to use MS Word, Excel, electronic mail efficiently to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attains prior depth of skills and expertise required for the position to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have completed 2 years experience in a position involving coordination and the scheduling of activities to be considered as am eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Candidates at this post are required to book hotels for new-hire pilots attending PIT, as well as line pilots attending recurrent training AQP courses working at this post.
