Job Description

  • The candidate must train other employees.
  • The candidate must determine and implement office procedures and routines.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must respond to electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and keep inventory.
  • The candidate will be expected to greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate will be responsible for opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, as well as coordinating information flow.
  • The candidate will be expected to set up and maintain manual and computerised information filing systems.
  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • The candidate will be required to perform general clerical duties such as ordering supplies and inventory management.
  • The candidate will be expected to oversee the preparation of reports.
  • The candidate must maintain and manage digital database.
  • The candidate must keep the filing system up to date.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct interviews with patients in order to obtain case histories.
  • The candidate will be expected to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support.
  • The candidate must fill out insurance and other claim forms.
  • The candidate must enter data.
  • The candidate will be expected to oversee payroll administration.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • The candidate must enter and format electronic medical reports and correspondence, as well as prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • The candidate must establish and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and training other employees in procedures and the use of current software.

  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Candidate having experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in Philippine languages, Spanish and Chinese is an asset.
