Job Description

  • Candidates applying for this post are required to ensure that the tracking and follow-up of various requests are maintained and deadlines are met working at this post.
  • People who applied for this post are also accountable for preparing and processing various presentations, documents/statistical summaries/reports requiring the assessment and analysis of data working at this post.
  • People interested in this post are also accountable for coordinating the development and preparation of summary notes, briefing materials and meeting agendas for the Director, Business Services, Systems & Insight.
  • Applicants interested in this post are also accountable for responding to enquiries and complaints from senior staff, the public, agencies, and other levels of government working at this post.
  • Candidates are also appointed to take/transcribe, maintain and distribute confidential meeting minutes while working at this post.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must attain dedicated post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline and the equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have prior experience performing administrative support duties to senior management, handling a broad range of administrative matters and coordination to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • They must have prior experience managing logistics for a team and must have excellent organizational and time management skills to be eligible for this post.

Work setting

  • Applicants must attain the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision, prioritize work schedules, and complete assigned duties within timelines while being resourceful and adaptable, with a high degree of initiative to be eligible for this post.
