Job Description

  • The candidate must lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programmes.
  • The candidate must ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The candidate must understand the principles of group dynamics.
  • The candidate will be required to provide information on lifestyle awareness.
  • The candidate must engage in therapeutic recreational or athletic activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to schedule activities, keep logs, keep records, and prepare reports.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble supplies, sports and game equipment.
  • The candidate will be expected to monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities for safety and to provide emergency or first aid assistance as needed.
  • The candidate will be expected to train and supervise employees.
  • The candidate will be responsible for patrolling and supervising activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to lead/instruct groups.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist with special events.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare reports.
  • The candidate will be expected to lead and instruct others.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
