Job Description

  • The candidate must prepare the general ledger.
  • The candidate must prepare a journal entry.
  • The candidate must manage accounts payable.
  • The candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the books for auditors.
  • The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
  • The candidate must review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments, and spending patterns.
  • The candidate must prepare payroll.
  • The candidate must invoice clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from debtors.
  • The candidate must evaluate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • The candidate must perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
  • The candidate must provide a freight rating.
  • The candidate must exchange foreign currency.
  • The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • The candidate must perform general office duties.
  • The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must organize and maintainย inventory.
  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.

Job Requirements
