Job Description
- The candidate must manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- The candidate must plan, set up, and manage accounting systems.
- The candidate must ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls to maintain the organization’s financial integrity.
- The candidate must provide recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports accurately and promptly.
- The candidate must make recommendations for improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
- The candidate must arrange for the sale of financial products and investments.
- The candidate must create and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
- The candidate must analyze financial documents and reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
