- Candidates must attain 3+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in Computer, Storage, Networking, and many others.
- They must attain dedicated internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as technical leads.
- Candidates must attain experience in Informational Technology operations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain professional oral and written communication skills when presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team members.
- Candidates must attain experience in a 24×7 operational services or support environment.
- They must attain dedicated experience with AWS services and another cloud offering to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must be engaged in development in a distributed systems environment and attain dedicated experience in Informational Technology operations.
