Job description

  • The candidate will be required to wash windows.
  • The candidate will be required to wash interior walls.
  • The candidate will be required to wash ceilings.
  • The candidate will be required to move heavy furniture.
  • The candidate will be required to move equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to move supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to sweep hallways, floors and stairs.
  • The candidate will be required to mop hallways, floors and stairs.
  • The candidate will be required to scrub hallways, floors and stairs.
  • The candidate will be required to wax hallways, floors and stairs.
  • The candidate will be required to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
  • The candidate will be required to empty trash cans.
  • The candidate will be required to empty other waste containers.
  • The candidate will be required to take adjustments and minor repairs to heating.
  • The candidate will be required to take adjustments and minor repairs to cooling.
  • The candidate will be required to take adjustments and minor repairs to ventilation.
  • The candidate will be required to take adjustments and minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems.
  • The candidate will be required to contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • The candidate will be required to clean snow and ice from walkways.
  • The candidate will be required to clean snow and ice from parking areas.

  • No degree, certificate or diploma or equivalent experience is required.
