Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring personnel workloads and locations.
• The candidate will be responsible for organizing the warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties.
• The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
• The candidate will be responsible for advising vehicle operators on traffic and related issues.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel as needed in emergency situations.
• The candidate must be knowledgeable about highway trucking and the associated rules and regulations.
• The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
• The candidate must process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
• The candidate must respond to urgent calls from individuals who are in a life-threatening situation and require assistance.
• The candidate must plan assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate should be willing to work overtime if necessary.
• The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis.
• The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
