Job description
- Candidates will identify, address, and resolve emerging workforce issues related to recruitment.
- They are responsible for staffing, and propose opportunities for improvement to build organizational capacity.
- They will provides leadership in the effective use of consulting concepts, models, analytic frameworks as well as technologies and tools.
- They will monitor learning gaps and trends.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the ability to Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience in human resources. CHRP/L professional designation is an asset.
- Candidates have to consider having experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex public or private sector organization, with experience specifically in a unionized environment considered an asset.
- Candidates will have experience in consulting, coaching, and leading change initiatives with a variety of audiences including management.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to advance written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates will know to partner with hiring managers to lead and facilitate end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet divisional priorities by developing and implementing.
- Candidates working in consultation with hiring managers in the development of recruitment plans, including job descriptions.
- They should identify and implement innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled candidates from diverse backgrounds.
