Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in workforce planning and HR initiatives.
- They’re also required at this post to conduct benchmarking exercises to compare HR practices, policies, and performance metrics against industry standards.
- Candidates for this post are required to generate reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates for workforce planning initiatives and HR projects.
- Candidates are also appointed to this post to assist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of training documents working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates for this post must have post-secondary education in a relevant discipline in fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy & Administration, and others with an equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience using a variety of software products including MS Office Suite, SAP, and Success Factors.
