Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop, analyse and review client-directed individualized and community-wide programs working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to foster partnerships with local businesses and community groups to facilitate program development.
- They’re also appointed to this post for managing the Harmony Program technology to enhance communication with clients and staff.
- They’re also appointed at this post to demonstrate an understanding of the resident-directed Philosophy of Service working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to evaluate the Harmony Program to ensure that the program is meeting the client’s needs and expectations along with upholding the established expectations of the program.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have post-secondary education in recreation/leisure studies, or another related program to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must be an energetic, compassionate person who enjoys working with the elderly and has experience in programming and planning for seniors in a recreational environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written with strong computer skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must have current First Aid & CPR certification along with the ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a passion for the healthcare sector or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care to be eligible for this post.
