Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to develop an understanding of the job roles and responsibilities, learning about the clients you’ll support and current practices, procedures, and standards.
- They were also appointed to take on smaller projects under the guidance and direction of the welding engineer.
- Candidates are also appointed to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to our standards and procedures based on best industry practices.
- Candidates are also appointed subject matter experts (SME) for welding and materials, fielding inquiries from the Engineering and Operations departments.
Job requirement
- Calculate must attain excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to excel when supporting other team members and departments.
- They must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree in engineering, and attain experience in welding.
- Candidates must attain great analytical skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a highly technical position that requires the ability to digest and assess received information.
- They must attain effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Work setting
- Candidates must be more than 18 years old and attain legal authorization to work in Canada.
