Job Description
- Candidates applying for this post are required to maintain a daily log of incidents and address customer concerns effectively.
- People are also accountable for performing administrative duties, including but not limited to facility/shift check completion and accident reports working at this post.
- Applicants are also accountable for assisting participants in meeting their fitness goals.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to ensure the Fitness Centre is clean, safe and hazard-free.
- They’re appointed at this post to provide a safe and welcoming environment working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to clean, maintain, and perform safety checks on weight room equipment.
- They’re also appointed at this post to set up and take down equipment and program areas working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have completed Grade 12 and must have prior experience be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a passion for health and wellness to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a friendly, customer-centric approach to their work.
- Candidates must have emergency First Aid with CPR C and AED to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Weight Training Certificate and must be currently registered with one of the following recognized organizations like BCRPA, BCAK, CFES and CSEP to be eligible for this post.
