Job Description

  • The candidate must consult with clients in order to develop and document website requirements.
  • The candidate must create mock-ups and storyboards.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing website architecture as well as determining hardware and software requirements.
  • The candidate will be expected to source, select, and organise information for inclusion, as well as design the appearance, layout, and flow of the Website.
  • The candidate must create and optimise website content using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • The candidate will be expected to investigate and evaluate a wide range of interactive media software products.
  • The candidate will be expected to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the development of website graphics, content, capability, and interactivity.
  • The candidate must conduct tests as well as perform security and quality controls.
  • The candidate must plan, design, write, modify, integrate, and test website-related code.
  • The candidate must meet with clients to identify and document requirements.
  • The candidate must conduct business and technical studies.
  • The candidate will be expected to design, develop, and implement business solutions for information systems.
  • The candidate must advise on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • The candidate must assess the physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • The candidate will be expected to create and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • The candidate must create policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate the effects of security breaches.
  • The candidate will be expected to conduct reviews to evaluate quality assurance practises, software products, and information systems.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
